Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven Business Analyst with strong exposure to System Architecture and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into scalable architectural and AI-driven solutions.
This role is critical in shaping intelligent, data-driven platforms and ensuring alignment between business strategy, system design, and AI implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirement Analysis
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional, technical, and architectural specifications.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
Architecture & System Design Support
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable system architectures.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend architectural improvements.
- Support integration planning across platforms, APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
AI & Data-Driven Solutions
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML for automation, analytics, forecasting, and decision support.
- Work with data science teams to define AI use cases and success metrics.
- Assist in implementing AI-driven features such as recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation workflows.
Product & Process Optimization
- Define workflows, business rules, and process improvements using AI-enabled insights.
- Validate solutions against business objectives and user expectations.
- Support UAT, system testing, and go-live activities.
Stakeholder & Agile Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business, product, AI, and engineering teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremoniessprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews.
- Provide ongoing support for enhancements and roadmap planning.
Required Skills & Competencies
Business Analysis
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN, UML, flow diagrams).
- Experience with Agile / Scrum and product-based development.
Architecture & Technology
- Understanding of system architecture concepts, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to work closely with solution architects and technical leads.
AI & Analytics
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics use cases.
- Experience working with AI-driven platforms, automation tools, or data science teams.
- Ability to define AI success metrics and business value.
Tools
- Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma (for flows), SQL basics
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) added advantage
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
- Prior experience working on architecture-heavy or AI-enabled systems is highly preferred.
