Role Purpose

To support the CEO & MD and business leadership through data-driven analysis, MIS, dashboards, business reviews, strategic project tracking and cross-functional performance monitoring. The role will convert business information into actionable insights and highlight trends, risks, gaps and decisions required.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS, Dashboards & Business Analysis

• Review business MIS and management dashboards submitted by various functions.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of business information wherever required.
• Analyse significant deviations, trends, risks and performance gaps.
• Prepare concise management summaries highlighting key numbers, issues, actions and decisions required.
• Support the CEO & MD with relevant data and analysis for business reviews and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure management information is accurate and available within agreed timelines.

2. Strategic Program & Project Management

• Drive execution tracking of key strategic programs and initiatives led by the CEO & MD.
• Define and monitor timelines, milestones, owners and deliverables.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to track progress against agreed plans.
• Conduct periodic reviews of strategic projects and highlight deviations.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and potential delays at an early stage.
• Maintain program-level dashboards and provide periodic management updates.

3. Business Review Support

• Provide analytical inputs for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare business dashboards, performance summaries and discussion points.
• Analyse departmental performance and identify areas requiring management attention.
• Track decisions and business commitments arising from reviews from an analytical and execution perspective.

4. Cross-Functional Performance Tracking

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Quality to collect and analyse business data.
• Ensure alignment of reporting formats and definitions across functions.
• Track cross-functional dependencies and highlight execution gaps.
• Provide visibility of critical business priorities and their progress.

5. Process Improvement & Governance

• Identify opportunities to improve management reporting and review mechanisms.
• Standardise formats for MIS, dashboards and performance trackers.
• Establish disciplined reporting and review mechanisms across functions.
• Monitor adherence to agreed timelines and governance processes.
• Suggest improvements to reporting, execution tracking and decision-support processes.
