Job Description

Skills

  • Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, CBAP, ECBA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Draw.io, or similar.
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong business process modeling and workflow design expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Service/Product-based organizations.
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in project coordination and client interaction.
  • Understanding of databases, APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
