Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Planning

& Management Reporting (EPMR) team. This role is responsible for enabling end-

to-end enterprise planning, analytics, and reporting across Finance,

Commercial, Operations, and Workforce functions. The BA will work closely with

stakeholders to translate business requirements into planning solutions, drive

data-driven insights, and ensure seamless integration of SAP and non-SAP

systems through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAC Planning.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or

related field.

5+ years of experience in financial planning, management reporting, and

analytics.

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP

Analytics Cloud Planning, and integration with non-SAP data sources.

Strong understanding of group reporting, and statutory reconciliation.

Advanced Excel, data modelling skills to use SAC and Non SAC plugins

to Excel.

Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear

insights for business stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or consumer goods

industries.

Knowledge of EPMR processes and enterprise planning cycles.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
