Job description

9+ years of experience in implementation (requirement gathering, gap analysis) of a business application in Education domain

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Edutech application from functional/business perspective.

Independently gather and document complex business requirements in the context of the package, doing a gap analysis, RTM.

Review the design of test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functional to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment.

Experience with Product Set-up / Modelling will be a big plus.

Lead the formulation and execution of an automation/system Test Plan

Assist in pre-sales situations like RFI/RFP, product demonstrations and solution design/estimates

Serve as the frontline resource in managing and defining requirements, Use Cases , Acceptance Test Criteria

Support the business by being a technical point of contact to set expectations, provide updates and drive implementations through to completion

Support development goals and objectives by working closely with internal scrum team members and stakeholders to ensure that integrations and implementations exceed client expectations

Work within a distributed team to document, prioritize, develop, test and release small to large scale web solutions with Clients located across the world

Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards

Provide strategic analysis to define and improve standard solutions, standard deliverables and templates

Work with IT and business users to evaluate Functional Non-functional requirements and recommend viable short and long term solutions

Ability to work on large and small scale projects for new business implementations and for maintaining existing client implementations with a significant focus on dental encounters, claims, eligibility and enrollment

Ability to document and maintain requirements using source to target maps, data dictionary, process documentation and team defined standards; using tools such as Visio, Word and Excel.

Ability to perform ad hoc data analysis and reconciliation using complex SQL queries

Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Ensure data quality through scenario based testing

Desired Skills Experience

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, web technologies, database concepts and modern service oriented architectures is required.

Proficiency with use of a story/sprint tracking tools such as Zypher, JIRA a plus.

Strong understanding of Edutech related business processes and integrations between hosted services and on premise enterprise applications a plus

Strong experience in Education domain and Customer success management

At least 4+ years of experience in CRM implementation or Customer success management

Self motivated with strong leadership and presence

Able to work with ambiguous requirements with little or no guidance.

Ability to manage multiple projects and iterations with several applications simultaneously

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment

Ability to build credibility and trust with both team members and senior management

Experience in DEV Tech Skill Set : AWS , React JS , Node , Java , Python-API , Optionally Angular

AWS/ Azure Cloud Certifications will be an added advantage

Qualifications

BS or equivalent and 2 years experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination

Must have 12 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst

Must have demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility, experience and leadership

Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong ability to shift focus as necessary to meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills

Ability to communicate technical details to technical and nontechnical resources.
