Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst

This role serves as a crucial link connecting sales, customers, and internal stakeholders.

It primarily functions as a sales enabler, encompassing various activities such as pre-sales support, tracking sales progress, and managing after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics software.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Basic understanding of data analytics or business intelligence tools.
