Role Objective:

The role holder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, developing digital solutions, conducting feasibility studies, redesigning processes, and exploring innovative technologies to drive business improvements and profitability

2. Role Detailing

Work Areas-Responsibilities & Outcomes:

Business Process and Workflow Design

.Create and maintain business process flow and knowledge assets (Processes, application landscape, data)

.Execute discussions with the business to understand their requirements thoroughly. Analyse and map basic Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) for clarity and accuracy

.Organize the implementation of business process re-engineering strategies.

.Identify white spaces and gaps for new digital improvement opportunities

Continuous Optimization/ Improvements

.Explore new methodologies and technologies for process innovation and excellence

.Map technology requirements for identified gaps, and support the proposal of optimized solutions.

Project Engagement

.Manage project deliveries along with the development teams

.User training for adoption and usage improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

BE / B Tech / MBA in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or General Management in related field of work-..2-6 years of overall experience (GET)
