About the Role

Datadynamx is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / ERP Consultant to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring smooth client engagement and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·      Gather and document business requirements (BRD, SRS, etc.)

·      Provide solution proposals aligned with business needs

·      Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors

·      Manage ERP implementation, training, and consultancy

·      Design basic workflows and UI concepts using tools like Figma

·      Execute and oversee all levels of ERP testing

·      Support project management activities and timelines

Required Candidate Profile

·      2–6 years of experience in ERP consulting or business analysis

·      Strong knowledge of STLC, testing types, strategies, and execution

·      Experience in Construction or Infrastructure ERP is preferred

·      Ability to prepare BRD and SRS documents

·      Willingness to travel for client meetings and training

·      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
