Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced Candidates with extensive expertise in eCommerce Business Analysis to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high impact solutions.
- Lead and oversee complex eCommerce business analysis projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for eCommerce enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support project proposals Mentor and guide junior business analysts to enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in eCommerce solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize eCommerce processes and systems.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering documentation and validation for eCommerce projects.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to elicit and prioritize business requirements Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify risks and issues related to eCommerce initiatives and develop mitigation strategies Collaborate with product owners developers and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions Drive strategic planning and contribute to the eCommerce roadmap development.
