Job Description

Han Digital Solution (P) is seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and SQL. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and data-driven insights to support decision-making and process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize databases, data systems, and reports using SQL
  • Ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and requirements gathering
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience working with large datasets and data systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
