Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions
  • Analyze business processes and IT systems to propose solutions
  • Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
  • Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and reviews
  • Coordinate and support UAT and defect resolution
  • Ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement areas
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 25 years of experience as an Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall models
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and similar tools
  • Good understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations
Good to Have
  • Experience in the Marian domain
  • Familiarity with domain-specific workflows and compliance requirements
  • Ability to translate domain needs into IT solutions
