About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 7+ years of strong domain exposure and hands-on experience across modern BA tools and AI-enabled solutions (preferably Knowledge of Claude). The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end requirement management while contributing to AI-driven initiatives such as automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder discussions, and discovery sessions
- Translate business needs into BRD, FRD, SRS, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution feasibility assessments
- Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI/ML teams, and Engineering teams
- Define AI use cases including automation
- Prepare process flows, wireframes, and data mappings
- Maintain RTM and manage change requests
- Support UAT, model validation discussions, and production rollout
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and AI/technology capabilities
- Experience working on data-driven and API integration projects

- Requirement & Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, MS Office, AI Tool(Claude)
- Wireframing: Figma / Balsamiq
- Data Analysis: SQL, Advanced Excel
