MBA - Finance

Experience

1 to 2 Years of Experience in BFSI Domain (CTRM experience would be an advantage)

Job Purpose

Supporting CTRM based risk-based solutions.

Requirement gathering elicitation for new developments.

Publishing daily PnL and risk reports

Designing Intelligent Risk Management Solution

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

1. Ability to understand and guide design on functionality required by users on specialized business needs
2. Ability to drill down to detailed needs where required with an appreciation of technical aspects of solution
3. Prepare business requirements (AS-IS and TO-BE) specifications
4. Design and implement new functions across the board for the organisation
5. Gather requirements, perform preliminary design, and manage development for interfaces between trading system
6. Supporting users across different geographies. (Willingness and flexibility to work as per different time zones)

Competencies

1. Analytical mindset Candidate should be able to analyze reports and drive patterns from the numbers reported
2. Problem solver After identification, candidate should be able to suggest technical solutions design required architecture
3. Ability to translate user requirements into technical requirements
