Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of client engagement, data analysis, and execution excellence. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, ensure smooth delivery, and drive impact through structured problem-solving.

Client Engagement & Ownership – Own end-to-end client communication including requirement gathering, status updates, review meetings, and escalation handling.

Expectation Management – Set, track, and manage client expectations across timelines, deliverables, and scope with clarity and confidence.

Data-Driven Insights – Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; present insights in clear, decision-ready formats.

Structured Problem Solving – Break down complex business problems into actionable solutions and drive execution.

AI-Enabled Productivity – Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others to accelerate research, communication, and analysis workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on commitments.

Risk & Vendor Management – Proactively identify risks, manage vendors, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met effectively.

The Person You Are

Strong academic background (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields).

3–4 years of experience in business analysis, client-facing, or operations roles.

Excellent communication skills — able to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and handle difficult conversations.

Strong proficiency in Excel — capable of building models, dashboards, and deriving insights independently.

Ability to translate data into meaningful business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions.

Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in day-to-day work.

Basic understanding of invoicing and billing processes (POs, billing cycles, discrepancy handling).

Chennai-based with flexibility to engage with clients as needed.

Good to Have

Basic SQL — ability to query and work with structured data

Basic Power BI — exposure to dashboards and reporting

Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for task tracking
