Job Summary
Seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to drive process automation and digital transformation. The role involves working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Identify automation opportunities and improve business processes
- Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and solution designs
- Collaborate with developers to deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Work on integrations with Dataverse, SharePoint, and other systems
- Manage UAT, documentation, and post-implementation support
Required Skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Understanding of data modeling, basic DAX, and workflow automation
- Exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, and system integrations
- Knowledge of governance and environment management
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in domains like BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Telecom (preferred)
