As the Finance Operations Director, your role involves enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function to increase returns while minimizing risk to the company. You will have a proven track record of driving finance transformation through achieving OKRs, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology. Strong experience in Internal Audit and SOX, especially in a leadership capacity, is beneficial for this position. To succeed in this role, you will need strong managerial, analytical, and system skills, as well as a partnership orientation for collaborating with colleagues and driving key finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with finance leaders to assess organizational knowledge and skill gaps, design change management initiatives, and implement finance enablement programs to enhance efficiency.
Establish reporting and measurements for effectiveness and efficiency, develop training materials, and conduct employee training to increase productivity and quality while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
Lead the improvement of internal audit and SOX framework, provide risk management recommendations, and execute accepted enhancements.
Drive effective use of information technology to enhance organizational effectiveness and business systems supporting various functions.
Develop effective working relationships with finance team members and organizational leaders to address business needs and manage risks.
Anticipate, recognize, and control risks, ensure data integrity, and measure performance using metrics and analysis.
Project manage key finance projects, ensure timely deliverables, and allocate resources effectively.
Assist in building and managing a high-performance finance function and manage team bonding events and expenses.
