Key Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
- Lead and support initiatives focused on collateral transformation, system migration, or enhancements involving platforms such as Calypso or Murex.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across front office, risk, and operations to ensure smooth execution of collateral projects.
- Analyze and optimize endtoend collateral processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards.
- Support testing activitiestest case creation, UAT coordination, and defect management.
- Provide subjectmatter expertise on collateral lifecycle workflows and operational impacts.

Business Analyst Skills
- Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Collateral Management Expertise
Priority Experience:
- Handson experience in collateral transformation or collateral migration projects, ideally involving:
- Calypso
- Murex
Operational Knowledge (Highly Preferred):
- Margin calls
- ISDA documentation
- Dispute management
- Triparty arrangements
- Thirdparty custodians
- Reconciliations
- Collateral optimization
- Strong understanding of the endtoend collateral lifecycle
Regulatory Knowledge
- UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules)
- Regulations related to uncleared margin
