Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Working closely with the promoter to drive new business execution. Work in startup mode by managing a small team to drive results Manage & maintain effective dialogue between teams/leads to achieve milestones in time Project Management: Facilitating regular check-ins, tracking progress through KPls, and implementing frameworks to align timelines and milestones for high-quality project outcomes Ownership of business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, and execution planning Strategic Planning:
• Facilitating regular check-ins, tracking progress through KPls, and implementing frameworks to align timelines and milestones for high-quality project outcomes Ownership of business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, and execution planning
• Industry Experience: Experience in program management role Relevant roles: Consultant, Associate, Jr. Program Manager 2+ years experience in a Big 4/Similar management consultancy roles
• Experience in pharma and healthcare related fields is a plus Skills, Abilities & Know-how Generalist Profile Ability to drive varied modules & ramp-up quickly Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Project Management: Experience of project management in cross functional environment with multiple dependencies Knowledge of the pharma industry, particularly in Trade generics.
• Strong Track record in executing roadmaps and project to SUccesS
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
