Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kharar for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, assessing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations. They will document processes, create detailed reports, and work to ensure that business objectives are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including documenting requirements and creating workflows
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings
- Experience in analyzing Business Processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Ability to define and document clear and comprehensive Business Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
