Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Monitor and track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in process optimization, data analysis, and business strategy.
