Job Description

Responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in process optimization, data analysis, and business strategy.
