Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using analytical skills
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with cards issuing and other financial products is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are a plus
