Email Business Analyst

Location: Pune, India

Position Overview: The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting Business-

As-Usual (BAU) operations related to email systems, as well as Information Technology

Application Owner (ITAO) activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements for email BAU processes and ITAOrelated

initiatives.

• Coordinate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to ensure email

systems meet regulatory and operational standards.

• Support ITAO responsibilities including risk assessments, application lifecycle

management, and audit preparations.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training

materials for email-related applications.

• Ensure adherence to data protection policies and information security guidelines

in all email operations.

• Collaborate on automation and optimisation initiatives to streamline BAU and

ITAO processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in business process

mapping.

• Knowledge of email systems, IT governance, and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritise

effectively.

• Experience with documentation, user support, and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and JIRA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in BAU operations and ITAO roles within large organisations.

• Understanding of Indian and global data protection regulations.
