Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for Gloss-related projects.
• Conduct analysis of existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for reference and audit purposes.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 yrs of experience as a BA
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in Gloss/finance domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Familiarity with Gloss-related tools and systems is a plus.
