As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing the development and enhancement of key business applications. You will play a pivotal role in the creation of a robust Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform that will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of business applications from requirement gathering to deployment and enhancements.
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform.
- Work closely with the IT team to design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within the Data Warehouse.
- Provide training and support to business users on new systems and analytics tools.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse design and data modeling principles.
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
