About the Role
Job Title: Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
- Experience with requirement-gathering techniques and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
