About the Role

Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams.
  • Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
  • Experience with requirement-gathering techniques and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or ERP/CRM systems.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
