Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing business workflows, supporting project planning, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

You will be present in every key client interaction during the design phase and will own clarity, continuity, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in client calls and discussions

• Understand client requirements, business context, and design expectations

• Translate discussions into clear, actionable design briefs
• 
  
• Document and circulate MoMs (Minutes of Meetings) with clarity and structure
• 
  
• Manage and track client asks, revisions, and dependencies
• 
  
• Act as the single point of coordination between clients and design teams
• 
  
• Ensure all design deliverables align with agreed requirements
• 
  
• Track timelines and ensure commitments made during client calls are met
• 
  
• Flag scope changes, ambiguities, or risks early
• 
  
• Maintain structured documentation throughout the design phase

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator / Design Ops / Account Management role
• 
  
• Strong understanding of design workflows (branding, UI/UX, creative delivery, etc.)
• 
  
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• 
  
• Ability to translate abstract client inputs into clear requirements
• 
  
• Experience writing structured MoMs and requirement documents
• 
  
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• 
  
• Comfortable working in client-facing environments
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders without friction

Nice to Have

• Background in design, UX, product, or creative agencies

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or similar

• Experience working with premium / enterprise / HNI clients

• Understanding of design review and iteration cycles
