Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile software development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct requirement validation, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Create process flows, business documentation, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and assist in change management activities.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
