About the Role
The Client Marketing & Lifecycle division supports the RelationshipManager Workstation, client onboarding (KYC) and clientmarketing applications. As a Business Analyst you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team, capturing, analysing and translating requirements into functional solutions that enhance our Wealth Management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global user groups to understand business processes, challenges and strategic objectives.
- Gather and document functional & nonfunctional specifications; ensure they align with the target functional architecture.
- Review and validate test cases with development and testing teams.
- Lead endtoend delivery of multiple projects (scoping, design, implementation, rollout) within agreed scope, schedule and budget.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetingsfrom sponsors to project teamsacross locations, driving clear decisions and actions.
- Work with technical leads and subjectmatter experts to define the technical vision, assess usability vs. performance tradeoffs and identify dependencies.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes and schedule impacts; communicate status and mitigation plans to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines; contribute to incident reporting as needed.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Musthave
- Strong knowledge of FrontOffice wealthmanagement processes (Client 360, sales & suitability)
- Handson experience with clientreferential data and KYC processes
- CRM proficiency (Finantix, Salesforce, WDX or similar)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver results in a fastpaced environment

- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
Nicetohave
- Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, HTML, XML, Java

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in Wealth Management or Private Banking
- Proven track record of delivering complex functional projects in a global, regulated environment
