Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the option for some work from home. As a Business Analyst, you will identify and analyze business needs, document business requirements, and optimize business processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting data analysis, generating insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders to drive innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making and ensuring smooth project execution.

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and developing Business Requirements to address organizational needs.
• Knowledge of Business Processes for identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring efficiency.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant platforms is an advantage.
