Business Analyst- BFSI

What you'll do:

- Document business and functional requirements (BRD, SRS, user stories).

- Coordinate with business, product, and tech teams to bring ideas to life.

- Participate in application testing and ensure smooth delivery.

- Understand financial processes (mutual funds, NBFCs, PMS, Banking workflows).

- Support product innovations and suggest process improvements.

What we're looking for:

- 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong understanding of basic finance terms.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership.

- A curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for fintech products.
