Job Description

24 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management role
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Waterfall where applicable.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system implementation processes.
Hands-on experience with project and requirement management tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce.
Expertise in creating and maintaining BRD, FRD, and implementation documentation.
Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools to support requirement visualization.
Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and experience or willingness to use AI tools to enhance Business Analysis activities
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a continuous learning attitude.
