Business Analyst

Role Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our team and help drive strategic decision-making through strong analytical insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, cleaning,analyzing, and visualizing data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support cross-functional teams with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data problems

Extract and analyze data using SQL and Python to generate meaningful insights

Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI for real-time reporting and performance monitoring

Create reports and visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions

Collaborate with product, operations, and strategy teams to drive data-backed decisions

Identify opportunities for process improvements using data and suggest automation where

applicable

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health metrics regularly

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analytics role

Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets

Strong Python skills for data cleaning, transformation, and basic statistical analysis

Hands-on experience with Power BI (or Tableau) for dashboard development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams
