As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping innovative solutions, processes, and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable solutions, contributing to strategic initiatives that deliver measurable value and long-term impact within the Financial Crime space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop process maps, user stories, and functional specifications to support transformation roadmaps and implementation activities.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, innovation, and improved data flow to enhance customer experience.
- Support solution design by collaborating with technology and data teams to explore options and recommend optimal approaches.
- Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various project stages to validate solution designs.
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and testing cycles to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand challenges and future needs.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in transformation and strategic initiatives.
- Proven expertise in producing clear requirements and defining functional designs.
- Experience managing business strategy and change initiatives in an Agile environment.
- Experience mentoring business analysts and collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Deep knowledge of the Financial Crime domain, particularly Customer Due Diligence/Know Your Customer (CDD/KYC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Relevant professional certification, preferably Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
