As a Business Analyst, you will produce business requirements to inform future state design, supporting teams to link requirements to overall domain strategy. You will research and stay up to date with industry best practices, technology, and customer trends while making a tangible impact on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, refine, synthesise, and document internal and external customer requirements.
- Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements aligned with strategic principles.
- Translate business operations, objectives, or external requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Write business requirements, user stories, and epics using appropriate techniques.
- Support feature teams in creating and executing test scenarios and scripts.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist platform and feature teams in execution and implementation tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to ensure requirements meet functional and non-functional needs.
Skills & Experience:
- At least eight years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Business analyst certification (BAX, CPRE, or CBAP).
- Strong understanding of payment systems and standards such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle workflows and corporate action processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments with a good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies.
