We're looking for a curious, adaptable Business Analyst who sits comfortably at the intersection of 

business and technology. This isn't a role where you'll be boxed into a single set of tasks — you'll 

analyze requirements, shape solutions, and pitch in wherever the team needs you. If you have a 

computer science background, some hands-on exposure to IT, and a genuine hunger to keep 

learning, this is a place where you'll grow fast.

You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand what the 

business actually needs, translate that into clear requirements, and help turn ideas into working 

solutions — including system integrations.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders and 

translate them into clear specifications for the technical team.

• Understand the business logic behind integrations and workflows and help design practical 

solutions that fit real needs.

• Contribute ideas and solutions proactively — we want someone who spots gaps and 

suggests improvements, not just someone who takes notes.

• Support integration work with third-party systems, understanding data flows and how 

systems talk to each other.

• Create and maintain documentation: requirement docs, process flows, user stories, and 

knowledge-base articles.

• Build clear presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Work with the team on Excel-based analysis, dashboards, and data visualizations to support 

decision-making.

• Track work, manage tasks, and collaborate using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.

• Take on a variety of tasks beyond the standard BA scope as the team and projects evolve —

flexibility and willingness to jump in are key.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field — BE, BCA, ME, MCA, or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of practical experience in an IT / software environment.

• A solid understanding of how software and IT systems work — enough to hold a meaningful 

conversation with developers.

• Strong skills in Excel, building presentations, and organizing / managing documentation.

• Clear written and verbal communication — you can explain technical things simply and 

business things precisely.

• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think through business logic and requirements.

• A genuine eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and responsibilities.

Good to have (or ready to learn)

• Familiarity with JIRA and Azure DevOps for tracking and collaboration.

• Exposure to Git and version control concepts.

• Awareness of web and application technologies such as .NET, Angular, HTML, CSS, or any 

programming language.

• Comfort with AI tools and automation to work smarter and faster.

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Any prior exposure to system integrations or working with APIs
