Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst–led hybrid role to support initiatives within the Legal &

Compliance portfolio. The role is BA‑major, with responsibility for requirements discovery,

analysis, and stakeholder engagement, complemented by pragmatic delivery coordination skills

to track actions, dependencies, and follow‑ups across business, IT and suppliers.

This is not a full Project Manager role. The individual will work alongside Delivery Leads / PMs to

ensure clarity, completeness, and disciplined follow‑through in compliance‑driven

environments.

Portfolio Context – Legal & Compliance

The Legal & Compliance portfolio supports global Legal, Compliance, Assurance and Privacy

functions. Initiatives typically focus on legal operations and IP management, compliance

assurance and reporting, privacy / GDPR enablement, audit readiness, AI‑enabled legal tooling,

and document and matter management.

ServiceNow (GRC, Compliance workflows, Knowledge Management)

Workiva (Regulatory and Legal reporting)

iManage (Document & knowledge management)

Anaqua (IP / patent management)

RelativityOne (e‑discovery)

Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis (Primary Focus)

o Elicit, analyse and document business and regulatory requirements

o Facilitate workshops with Legal, Compliance, Privacy and IT stakeholders

o Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

o Support solution option analysis with architects and delivery leads

o Ensure compliance and audit considerations are captured early

Delivery Coordination (Secondary)

o Track actions, dependencies, RAID items and decisions

o Follow up on agreed tasks across business, IT and suppliers

o Support preparation of status inputs and governance artefacts

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong Business Analyst experience in regulated environments

Exposure to Legal, Compliance, Risk, Assurance or Privacy domains

Experience working in global, matrixed organisations

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Role Boundaries

Not a standalone Project Manager role

The work will be small change, large change, mini projects, large projects and agile

continuous delivery streams as required by the function.

Operates under the direction of Legal & Compliance IT Business Partner, Delivery Leads

and Portfolio Management
