Job Description-
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze healthcare workflows, processes, and systems to identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Work extensively with Availity for eligibility, claims, and other healthcare transactions.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Support testing activities by validating requirements and assisting in UAT.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, etc.)
