Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience who can translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision making. This role requires strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

● Analyze business processes, datasets, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.

● Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and related analytical tools.

● Develop reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decisions.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

● Translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights.

● Monitor key business metrics and provide performance insights.

● Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.

● Assist leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and revenue performance.

● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

● Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

● Comfortable working from our Pune office between 3 PM – 1 AM.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, etc.).

● Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools.

● Exposure to hospitality, SaaS, or analytics-driven environments is a plus.
