About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and result-driven Business Analyst to oversee performance monitoring, process optimization, financial analysis, and operational efficiency across our Real Estate & Construction, Organic FMCG, and Health Club verticals. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to work closely with management to drive profitability and structured growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate & Construction Business
Sales & CRM Analytics
Track lead generation sources and conversion ratios
Monitor booking status, inventory movement, and revenue realization
Analyze unsold inventory and pricing strategies
Prepare project-wise revenue forecasts
Collections & Cash Flow Monitoring
Track booking payments, instalments, and overdue accounts
Prepare ageing reports and collection dashboards
Forecast project cash flow requirements
Project & Cost Monitoring
Track project timelines (Planned vs Actual)
Analyze budget vs actual construction costs
Vendor payment and procurement cost analysis
Identify cost leakages and improvement areas
Compliance Monitoring
Track RERA milestones and documentation
Ensure agreement and registration process tracking Organic FMCG Business
Sales & Distribution Analysis
SKU-wise and territory-wise sales tracking
Distributor and retailer performance analysis
Sales forecasting and demand planning
Inventory & Supply Chain Monitoring
Stock ageing and expiry management
Reorder level planning and warehouse coordination
Supply chain efficiency analysis
Profitability & Margin Analysis
Product-wise gross margin tracking
Cost vs MRP analysis Scheme and trade discount evaluation Health Club Operations
Membership & Revenue Analytics
Track new memberships, renewals, and churn rate
Analyze revenue per member and package performance
Monitor retention and upselling performance
Operational Monitoring
Trainer productivity tracking
Equipment utilization and maintenance planning
Peak-hour capacity analysis Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
Create business dashboards for Directors
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Design and implement SOPs across departments
Support ERP / CRM implementation and automation initiatives
Conduct financial and operational feasibility analysis for new projects Key
Skills & Competencies
MBA (Finance / Operations / Business Analytics) preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and MIS reporting expertise
Knowledge of financial modelling and cash flow forecasting
Understanding of CRM / ERP systems
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to handle multi-business operations
High level of ownership and accountability
