Senior Business Analyst – Guidewire (PolicyCenter/BillingCenter)

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Insurance domain experience (preferably P&C Insurance).
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).
• Stakeholder management and communication across business and technical teams.
• Business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement.
• Experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product Owners, SMEs).

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire ACE Certification (PolicyCenter preferred).
• Experience supporting Guidewire implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• UAT planning and support.
• Gap analysis and impact assessment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ISO standards and compliance initiatives.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to BillingCenter integrations and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions.
• Analyze current and future-state business processes.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support testing, UAT, defect triage, and production deployments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Senior BA with strong Insurance and Guidewire expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Able to drive requirements independently and influence business process improvements.

Guidewire Products: PolicyCenter (Mandatory), BillingCenter (Mandatory)

Certification: Guidewire ACE (Preferred)
