Job Description -
Drive Go-To-Market process and tooling (including Data Analytics) primarily for Client's internal deployment of Kantata.
This includes:
Systems transformation, including system and data analysis, bugs and enhancement and support.
Lead the administration of the Kantata platform.
Take on additional platforms including at Client's direction, but not limited to Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan and Kantata.
Qualifications:
System Administration / Service Desk experience in ServiceNow.
Data Analytics (Google Sheets/Excel data manipulation, SQL or similar).
Sales and/or Delivery Operations (or similar).
Working on ticket management in JIRA.
Operational SLA reporting.
Business requirement and user story documentation.
Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely. SQL and Tableau Experience.
