Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Analyst located in Chandigarh, India. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improving business processes, and creating impactful reports. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting workflows, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings
• Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to formulate effective solutions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially within the technology sector, is preferred
