Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical
Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across product, strategy, marketing, and go-to-market functions. This is an internally focused role centered on analysis, research, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration rather than direct client engagement.
The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with strong learning agility who can translate data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform quantitative analysis on structured and unstructured datasets
- Build and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Market & Competitive Research
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape
- Synthesize research into clear business insights
- Support planning and prioritization with fact-based recommendations
Reporting & Communication
- Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
- Translate complex analysis into concise presentations and summaries
- Deliver data-backed insights to leadership teams
Problem Solving & Collaboration
- Break down ambiguous business problems into structured approaches
- Partner with product, marketing, operations, and strategy teams
- Gather requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Good to Have
- Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, macros)
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, and automation
- Experience supporting strategic planning, business cases, or opportunity sizing
- Process improvement mindset
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Strategy (preferred)
Experience & Skills
- 24 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, strategy, or operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration ability
- Structured, detail-oriented, and outcomes-focused mindset
Certifications (Preferred)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
- Certification in Business Analytics / Data Analytics
- Microsoft Excel Expert Certification
- Power BI / Tableau Certification
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
- Agile / Scrum Certification (CSM or equivalent)
