OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in RPA and process consulting. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and support endtoend automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation projects.
- Identify and assess RPA/automation opportunities and evaluate feasibility.
- Create process maps, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Partner with RPA developers to ensure solutions are designed as per requirements.
- Conduct workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support UAT, validate automated workflows, and manage change requests.
- Monitor performance of automated processes and propose improvements.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Required Skills- 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst in RPA, process consulting, or automation projects.
- Understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Experience in process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problemsolving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Good to Have- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Experience with lowcode/nocode or DPA platforms.
- Certifications in BA or RPA tools.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- MBA in Operations, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field (preferred).
