Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to identify and drive automation opportunities across clinical, operational, and other processes for our Aiwozo clients in the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will work closely with Aiwozo clients business leaders and internal teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze workflows, ensure compliance, and implement AI and automation-led solutions using Aiwozo.

You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze business processes for Aiwozo clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
• Identify opportunities to implement automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Work with stakeholders including operational teams and IT to gather and document detailed requirements
• Prepare process maps, workflow diagrams, and automation design documents tailored to specific automation projects
• Collaborate with Aiwozo technical teams to design solutions using Aiwozo Agentic AI platform
• Provide insights for process optimization and data accuracy
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of automation solutions in regulated environments

Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in process mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated and data-sensitive environment
