About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product or business analysis within technology-driven organizations and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into detailed, clear, and testable functional specifications.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

Analyze system impacts, data flows, and API interactions.

Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Track requirements, changes, and project documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Monitor system performance and logs to identify potential issues and improvements.

Ensure alignment between business goals and product development outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the travel or airline domain.

Knowledge of airline systems such as Alta, NDC, Reservation, or Inventory is an added advantage.

Exposure to large-scale product platforms or enterprise systems.
