About The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand agricultural workflows and translate them into structured, scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand client requirements and workflows
- Convert business needs into clear functional requirements
- Collaborate with product and tech teams for solution development
- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Support implementation and ensure effective adoption of solutions
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Exposure to Agri-tech / SaaS / Supply Chain is a plus
