About The Role
We are seeking experienced Finance Experts to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your financial expertise in an innovative environment focused on advancing artificial intelligence systems. As a Finance Expert, you will collaborate closely with AI researchers and other specialists to evaluate and enhance the performance of AI models related to finance. Your domain knowledge in areas such as corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting will be instrumental in developing assessment frameworks, training methodologies, and evaluation benchmarks. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about finance and interested in exploring the intersection of finance and AI technology, without requiring prior AI experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over two years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting. Candidates with professional qualifications such as CFA (Level I/II/III), CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance will be preferred. However, candidates with substantial on-the-job experience and specialized training in finance will also be considered. A strong understanding of core financial concepts—including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management—is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and articulate insights clearly.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate outputs generated by AI models in finance-related tasks to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed rubrics and structured assessment tools tailored to specific financial domains such as deal analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and investment scenarios.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design innovative training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarking standards that enhance model accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to refine AI models and ensure alignment with financial industry standards and practices.
- Provide domain-specific insights and feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI systems used in financial applications.
- Assist in documenting evaluation processes and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and future research efforts.
