Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & IT Automation: Participate actively in overall activities related to Business Strategic Planning and IT-automation initiatives, specifically focusing on cross-sell and liability channels within the banking sector.
  • Process & System Enhancement: Design and implement various ideas for process and system enhancements aimed at improving sales force effectiveness and product offerings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with key stakeholders and business owners to prioritize business problems and identify opportunities for further technical enhancement for both internal and external cross-sell channels.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Organize and lead Requirement Gathering (Elicitation) meetings, utilizing various techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, interface analysis, document analysis, brainstorming, and focus group discussions.
  • Analysis & Design Definition: Conduct thorough Gap Analysis, Scope Analysis, and Impact Analysis on existing Business Processes. Document these analyses using techniques like use case diagrams (UML), Context Diagrams, BPMN, flow charts, and generate comprehensive Requirement Analysis & Design Definition (RADD) documents.
  • AS-IS & TO-BE Analysis: Conduct detailed AS-IS (current state) and TO-BE (future state) analysis to identify discrepancies and propose fit-for-business solutions by designing effective Change Strategies.
  • Solution Recommendation: Formulate and present clear, concise recommendations for system and process improvements to address identified business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with technical teams (developers, QA) to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions and tested effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Involvement in overall activities related to Business Strategic Planning & IT-automation for cross-sell & liability channels.
  • Proficiency in designing & implementing various ideas for process & system enhancement.
  • Strong engagement skills with key stakeholders and business owners for prioritization.
  • Ability to organize & lead Requirement Gathering (Elicitation) meetings using various techniques (Interviews, Questionnaires, Interface Analysis, Document Analysis, Brainstorming, Focus Group Discussions).
  • Expertise in conducting Gap Analysis, Scope Analysis, Impact Analysis on Business Process using techniques like use case diagrams (UML), Context Diagram, BPMN, Flow charts & Requirement Analysis & Design Definition (RADD).
  • Capability to conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and suggest fit-for-business solutions by designing a Change Strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a strong business acumen.
